Bike thief on the loose in Hyde Park

Mrs. Doom saw this on the U of C's marketplace site and sent it over; thought I'd post it here so people can keep a lookout. Lock those wheels!

Light skinned Man of color riding bike too small for him, possibly Schwinn bike stealing wheels/bikes.

Blue suede backpack, green jacket, bald head, 5 foot 7 inches, blue jeans, gym shoes .......

has tools in backpack.......was seen by my wife stealing our bike........

took our wheels..........around Woodlawn ave and 55th st............
