Nothing big, but nice to see the police do something.

Some idiot got caught trying to steal a bike off a neighbor's deck.  The owner saw it and called the cops, they were there before he even got the bike down the stairs it seems.  Living 50 feet from a police station is good sometimes.  Looks like it was a kid in a neighboring building or one's friend.  A mother is out there giving the kid hell while he sits in the cruiser.
