Didn't know if you guys wanted the details known.   Typically if a shop acts to confiscate a bike brought in for repair, and we publish that detail, it's after confirming with the shop that they're OK with being named.

FWIW I have no suspicion that WBC is currently a likely destination for anyone trying to unload a known stolen bike.

Great question igz . I think it is important to know that this Fuji was brought in, by a customer, to the repair department at Working bikes and not as a donation.

how did it make its way to WorkingBikes?

Since this is apparently "reveal your secret moderators" week, I think this is a good opportunity to confess that Tom/Thundersnow is now on board helping manage the CSBR.

Thanks, Tom!

If it wasn't for all of the volunteers who keep the Chicago stolen bike registry up to date. None of this would be possible. Thanks H, Kevin C. & all the other volunteers who help out.

::::golf clap:::  {takes bow}

........and Justin, who keeps the hard drives spinning.
