Bike path along Halsted through UIC

Any suggestions on how I can get the UIC snow crew to stop plowing/shoveling snow from the sidewalk along Halsted onto the bike path? It creates for some tense moments as I either slide along the snow they plowed there or start riding with the cars on Halsted.

311 or the Alderman or . . . ??

when the bike path gets really terrible, i force my way into position in the real lane. remember we're allowed the same rights as motorists, dont' mind the honking.
