Bike & Build organization

This is a an organization that rides across America while raising awareness of affordable housing and the issues surrounding it. I recently learned of it through a friend from Charlotte and she asked that I share it with others.

You're able to donate to help the team along the way, they're near their goal for this trip, about $1300 shy of their $4500 goal. As they ride across the country, they stop along the way and have build days working with local organizations like Habitat for Humanity and NeighborWorks. Their ride begins next week.

This is a great program and would be a lot of fun if I were a long distance rider, but alas I'm simply a local mule. If you care to donate, it would be appreciated, however I hope you may learn something from their efforts!
