Bicycle P.A. system help

I need to build/buy/coble together a better way for people to hear me on the tours I do. The previous tours have been small and I could just talk. For the larger ones, people would complain they couldn't hear me, so I could yell. On the Austin tour, I had a megaphone that weighed a ton, and on top of my bag, my notes, and map, it was a lot to handle. Plus, I hear from some, they still couldn't hear me on the outskirts of the crowd....so......

I need ideally something that has a CB type microphone, self amplification, and either speaker(s) I can wear on my back or bag, or perhaps mount to my bull horns. I am not oppposed to a rack and then something on the rack but I am not interested in any solution involving a trailer.

I figure someone has some ingenious ideas here (hear hear) and I await all advice.

I do have a couple of racks. Is this thing easy to put on and off do you think, or is it better to have a bike dedicated to this P.A. all the time?
