Bicycle involved in an accident on Diversey?

I got to work this morning to see a text from my wife asking if I was at work yet. I called. Apparently she heard of a bad accident involving a cyclist on Diversey and was worried about me (as she tends to do). Any news of an incident?

I heard on the traffic report on WBEZ at about 6:40 that there was a crash involving a bicycle at Laramie and Diversey.  Nothing else.
