Milwaukee?
nope.
downtown chicago.

i think randolph might be the best.
Hello Noel.
I like to take Franklin to Kinzie to Milwaukee to Augusta. It's easy on the people traffic and a pretty quick ride.

So you could take Adams to Franklin up towards the mart. Stay on the left side going over the bridge then hit a left at the first light after wacker, follow that to the end and take the parking ramp down and it will shoot you right to the kinzie bridge (does any of that make sense?). Hit up Milwaukee and let that take you to your specific vein.
thanks for the advice. today, i'm going to try franklin.

I second that, I used to take Dearborn until I tried Franklin.
my commute home has been established.
thanks for all the advice. for anyone that lives in my hood, this is how it goes:

adams > franklin > kinzie > milwaukee > augusta > home

Excellent choice! It's fun, right?
Did you take the parking ramp down to kinzie?

Franklin is an excellent street in terms of ped traffic, cabs picking people up and over all construction. Franklin in the loop, that is. I usually just stay to the left and fly.
yes, it is a good route.
i followed some other bikers... everyone was headed that way.
May the Milwaukee force be with you (ave, not state).

duh!
what in the world was i thinking that day........................
Far be it from me to tinker with an established route, but I like going further west to Canal. Then Kinzie, Milwaukee, etc. etc. etc.
I didn't get it either even after Howard tastefully pointed it out. I had to have Martin explain Howard's post , and then we got a HUGE laugh! We are still laughing about it.
