I just got word that a friend wants to sublet her apt next month.

Its 2br, about 750sf, 1st floor, just west of Linc Sq, on Brown line, and ample basement space to lock or repair bikes. I believe its $875 mo.

Pros: safe, pretty, walkable hood, good neighbors, close to greenway and numerous parks.
Cons: 40 min commute to Loop, and I would be your neighbor.

Lincoln Square also has great access to the NCT (via Argyle) and Lake Front Trails (via Wilson).
