Automated bike wash?!

This is really cool but I would be afraid of water in my bb, head tube, or hubs.

  looks like you hand dry it, I do not see how effective just a squirt of clear water would be in cleaning a bike

That water under pressure spraying on the bike is a little concerning.  The last thing you'd want is water or better yet water with detergents being sprayed under pressure at your bottom bracket or hubs and getting in through the seals.  If the water gets in through the seals, you could find yourself having to repack or replace the bearings pretty often.
