Instead we have horse dung from CPD (in the Dearborn PBL a month or so ago).

I don't want to alarm anybody, but there was a pile of dung driving an SUV this morning that made it's displeasure at my being on the roadway abundantly and unambiguously clear.

The last time Milwaukee had elephant dung on our streets, we were hosting The Great Circus Parade. Our Department of Public Works street sweepers did an admirable job of mopping up behind the elepahnts.
