My question: From Page 59 of CDOT’s Chicago Forward Action Agenda: "Respond to at least 90% of Twitter and other social media inquiries promptly – within one business day, preferably within two hours."
Social media is a great way to communicate comments, concerns and ideas whether it's regarding an immediate or ongoing situation. We are asking you to engage with Chicago residents through social media and to improve communication.

Does anybody actually want anything from CDOT?
I can assure you they aren't, I wouldn't have created this if they were meeting their policy.
Have you ever received a response from CDOT in any shape or form?
Either way, the policy is what it is, they implemented it but are not acting on it--why not attempt to hold them accountable?
Plus, Twitter forces someone to get to the point or spell it out over numerous posts. It's possible a person rants more BECAUSE the organization does NOT respond. This is partly my frustration with CDOT.
It's not all whining, if that's what you think it is, you're following the wrong people.
