The article sure is encouraging but seems to overhype things, imho. The article stated; "City centre streets will be closed to motorised traffic on Sundays." That would be cool. Hope to see it happen. The loop is largely empty on Sunday's. Weather permitting, it would be great to see street vendors set up shop.
