Anyone tried Chrome Peshka Forged Rubber Wool Bike Shoes?

I am checking out shoes for winter, and these look interesting... http://www.rei.com/product/890072/chrome-peshka-forged-rubber-wool-...

has anyone tried them? Or can anyone comment on using wool felt for the uppers of shoes? The advert says

Peshka wool is winterized with warmer materials inside and out for the colder months.

Does that mean anything? Warmer than what?

Answered my own question by calling Chrome the phone. I asked how these would compare to a winter bike shoe, and the rep answered that they don't compare to a cycling shoe, but are more of a quote, fashion street shoe.

So when REI added "bike" to the product name they meant it figuratively ;)
