The summer is a big time for triathlon events in the Chicago land area. Some of our clients, who are training on their own for upcoming events, have expressed their interest for us to offer training sessions at the studio.
Currently we only offer indoor cycling classes, so we are entertaining the idea of combining a 30 minute cycle class with a 30 minute run. We are interested to hear what other triathlon participants on the web think and if this is something they may find beneficial.
