I'm considering getting a Worksman SIDE-BY-SIDE "Team Dual" Trike (http://www.worksmancycles.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/sbst-3cb.html) so my wife (non-rider with mobility issues) and I can take casual rides. I'm hoping someone in Chicago owns one we could take a look at in person, since they have to be ordered from Worksman in New York.
