Any Updates on Wicker Park Bike Counter?

Has anyone heard any updates on the bike counter that was supposed to be built at Division and Ashland? They said to expect installation in 2016. I think this will be a great resource to provide real time ridership data on one of the city's busiest cycling stretches.

I'm wondering if this is related to permitting for the required road redesign reconstruction, or if the developer (LG) is dragging their feet.
