Any legal scholars out here?

I was wondering and having a discussion with a friend in regards to getting a DUI while riding you bicycle.  I am quite unclear what the law states in regards to this matter.  I do know that in the state of Illinois, a bicycle is considered a vehicle.  So with that being stated, can I get a DUI on a bicycle?  Maybe someone can help me clarify this legal situation!
