Another cyclist fatality
Saw this one on the Wisconsin Bike Fed blog:

Unlike other incidents I've seen reported, this one appears to involve people who likely knew each other. The two were coworkers, both working for WS Packaging Solutions in Algoma, WI.

A quick update. Up to this point, I came up with 165 deaths since I started counting. I crudely assigned them as follows:
- 54 in big cities (Chicago IL, Jacksonville FL, Portland OR)
- 76 in suburbs or small towns (Louisville NY, Hinsdale IL)
- 33 in rural settings (townships or counties outside of cities)
- two were unclear
