Saw this one on the Wisconsin Bike Fed blog:

Unlike other incidents I've seen reported, this one appears to involve people who likely knew each other. The two were coworkers, both working for WS Packaging Solutions in Algoma, WI.

A later report identified the victim in the Selma crash as Robert L. Green, age 45. And here.

  • September 2, as yet unnamed person, age unknown, Indiantown, FL

First time I've encountered a case where the cyclist couldn't be identified.

A later report identified the victim as Mauricio Escalante-Diaz, age 50.

Source: KWQCTV6 Iowa. A child has died in a bike riding accident in a Davenport, Iowa cemetery. He lost control while riding downhill in the cemetery and crashed into a tree.

A later report identified the victim in the Hillsborough County crash as Kirin B. Gill, age 47.

I think I have enough fields in my submission form to make it worthwhile to publicize it. Editing these darn forms is a real PITA. If you'd like to help, please have a look at this spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Na88X5WNZspoMuNxmbPNPWN8QKQ...

and its associated form:

https://goo.gl/forms/OnNZnzK07EIAq8t52

(I have no idea why Google allows you to create a short URL for forms, but not for spreadsheets. Such is life, I suppose.)

When you fill in and submit the form, your responses will be appended to the Form Responses sheet. I'll then check it and copy the data to the Main sheet.

Feedback (and submissions) are welcome.
