Saw this one on the Wisconsin Bike Fed blog:

Unlike other incidents I've seen reported, this one appears to involve people who likely knew each other. The two were coworkers, both working for WS Packaging Solutions in Algoma, WI.

A later report identified the victim as Gary King.

I can't actually draw any conclusions as I haven't been watching too long (just since late June) and haven't actually tallied things up, but as I've been tracking motorist involved cyclist deaths, the impression I've gotten is that in a fair number of crashes the driver flees the scene. If true, that suggests a fair amount of impairment (that being the most logical reason I can think of for a driver to not stick around).

These type of retribution need to be bring to the attention of Governor Rauner if the state congressmen are not taking any action on purposing any bills.  He has grandkids and I'm sure he want them to be able to bicycle safely regardless where they choose to bike.

A later report identified the victim as Mark Himelfarb.
