Prepare Your Bicycle and Your Body for Winter Riding http://lifehac.kr/siN2mu

Anyone have any decent recommendations for a good cold weather glove?
So far I have tried my snowboarding gloves with liners, still too cold. I have tried a pair of winter gloves with my cycling gloves on underneath, with small cotton gloves underneath them, and my hands were still cold.
The only success I have had is with my massive REI waterproof mittens, but they are just crazy bulky, or at least feel too bulky for riding. I've pretty much sorted out staying warm everywhere else so far, my hands are just not cooperating, and its not even really that "cold" yet!
Not necessarily saying this is something that most people would like, but I tested out Bar Mitts this morning and like them. I wouldn't use them in high wind or on a route that's mostly traffic, but for lakefront riding I was comfortable using just them and some fingerless gloves today. Up until today, I was using Patagonia capilene glove liners under my fingerless gloves--they were great, and I usually get really cold hands.
Nice. Thanks for the Bar Mitt recommendation.
I checked their site and see that they offer Shimano or Campy for drop bars. I ride an old built up road bike with generic road brake levers, any suggestions on which, if either, would fit better?
Thanks in advance!
Nah, they are definitely freezing.
I have started using these:

They are bulky, and I was worried about being able to grab my brake levers. However, I just recently flipped my winter commuter to fixie, so my hands are warm and I feel better about my stopping power.

Are your hands perhaps too warm, sweating, and then getting clammy? It took me years to figure out that was most often the case with both my hands and my feet.
I use Planet Bike Borealis gloves. They're basically a glove with a built-in fleece liner; I personally can't wear them above 35 degrees or I have sweaty hands after the 4.5 miles to work. They're not waterproof but they're plenty warm!
