6 Day Ride, Le Grand Tour, in NY & Quebec this August

Hey all, I'm planning on doing a week long hilly ride in Upstate New York and Quebec this coming August with a few friends. Feel free to join us--The more the merrier. Let me know if you are thinking about signing up. Info about the ride is available at:

A road bike with a very low gear is highly recommended!

The tour ends about 32 miles east of Montreal on a Friday. That same weekend happens to be the Gay Pride Fest in Montreal, so my friends and I will probably stay an extra few days for the party. The ride is a bit pricey, but the scenery should be great and all food is included. If I can get away from work, I may do Ragbrai as a training ride. I've done Ragbrai before and love it, but the logistics are a PITA. For those who are doing Ragbrai, I'd be curious to know with which group or charter you are signing up.

Mmmm....pitas. I'm on for NY to Canadia as we've talked about.

As for RAGBRAI charters, I know some people who have used CUBS. I think the price was around 700 dollars. Email them to get this year's price (I'd imagine it's close enough that they'd have prices squared away.)
