54cm Pake C'mute frame/ Surly Cross Check fork $200 (Humboldt Park)

I'm selling this frameset.  I bought it off ebay to replace my touring frame that was a size too big for me.  The ad said the frame was a 56; turns out its 54.  I'm also including a never used surly cross check fork, which is much nicer than the unicrown fork that is usually paired with this frame.
