another job well done. it was like that the day after it was done. lots of green gravel "paint" material that was never even heated to the street.

I told CDOT about it last night and someone there replied this morning saying they are aware and have notified the contractor to fix it. 

From what little I know about this situation, these green squares are applied to a heated asphalt (heated with a propane torch), applied, and then heated some more. I would guess that not enough heat was applied.
