Was it a case of Saturday morning bicycle road rage?

26-year-old Jesse Allen Gordon of College Station, and 34-year-old Lucas Manuel Naveira were arrested Saturday morning.

State troopers say around 2am, they saw Gordon and Naveira trying to shove a bike through the passenger window of a pickup, at a College Station gas station.

Officers say before they got to the truck, Naveira opened the passenger door and began kicking the passenger, before pulling him to the ground and punching him.

The driver says the whole thing started when a group of bikers swerved in front of her, and her passenger yelled at them.

According to the probable cause statement, both she and the witnesses say the group of bikers chased them to the gas station.

Naveira was charged with assault causing bodily injury and is out on a $4,000 bond.

Gordon was charged with criminal mischief and is out on a $2,000 bond.
