I ride with the Burnham Racing team when I'm not working on Tour de Cure stuff, and we will be the lead cyclists for the Chicago Marathon on Sunday. Holy SMOKES do we have to up early, but for 26.2 miles of car-free roads... I'll take it. I'm mostly looking forward to taking some photos from the perspective of the competitors. We'll likely be riding with the lead wheelchair athletes and the handcyclists... those guys and gals can motor!

Where will you watch on Sunday? Is there an appropriate beer for 9 AM on a Sunday? Yell hello if you're out there... we'll be the guys on the school-bus-yellow Treks.

I'll be working at the aid station on Broadway and Melrose, so if you need water or anything, swing by! What's your name - I'll call it out! (you can send me a msg if you don't want to post it).

Ha - it's Eric. Broadway and Melrose, got it. I'll be the guy trying to ride with a camera in my left hand and an apple donut in the right (which I'm sure will be appreciated by the wheelers & runners).
