Not sure if this means you save $3 before May 12 plus another $3 with the chainlink3 code for a total of $6 off, or if the chainlink3 code only gets you the same $3 off that everyone else gets before May 12, but try and see what works.  Or call ActiveTrans and ask them to explain the details.  You also save if you join the Active Transportation Alliance and register as a member (they have combo packages here: http://bikethedrive.org/signup)
