1971 Schwinn Collegiate

-5 Speeds, 21-inch frame

-New tires, cables, brake pads, everything else is original

-Fully restored, cleaned up, and ready for the road

This is a very common Schwinn.  I've seen at least one other post/ad with what appears to be the same model.

Although not unique or flashy, it is a very nice bike for the city.  The five speeds give you more range than a typical 3-speed.  It came from Wisconsin, and probably hasn't been ridden in years.  (It has a registration sticker from Janesville.)  The extra gears would have helped a lot on those hills and for the Sparta/Elroy.

If you are interested in checking it out, let me know. $250 or best offer.
