Are your quads tight from all that grinding (or spinning)? Shoulders tense? Neck have a crick in it? Lower back achy? Jaw clenched from growling at all those drivers who cut you off? As any cyclist knows, riding a bike is liberating! It’s hard to be in a bad mood when your pedaling under your own power with the wind in your hair (or scalp). But as we also know, riding a bike can cause imbalances in the body that can lead to stiffness, tension and if we are not careful, injury. This workshop is back by popular demand! it was so well received in March we decided to do it again when the sun is shining and leaves are green!
Whether you’re a competitive cyclist, a commuter or recreational cyclist, this workshop will help bring your body back into balance. We’ll focus on fixing the common conditions we all experience. No previous yoga experience is required.
Workshop cost: $40, or save $5 by registering 3 days in advance. There is also the option to drop-in for a single session for $20.
