During the off-season would you like to complement your cycling or running? Recover quicker? Here is an opportunity to learn how to improve strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga.
This workshop is designed for the cyclist and/or runner to learn techniques and specific postures in a safe environment with personal attention that will support your training throughout the year.
Specific topics will focus on:
• Stretching hamstrings and quadriceps
• Increasing core strength, hip flexibility, and balance
• Opening the shoulders and chest
• Reducing tension in body and mind
• Breathing techniques to stay focused and calm
