Finally! Chicago has a women's mountain bike skills clinic! This clinic is offering a BEGINNER and INTERMDIATE group. For both, we'll cover body position, braking, speed control, gearing and cadence to keep you moving more efficiently, proper climbing and descending technique, and how to clear obstacles.
Beginners will develop a strong foundation to continue to build on, including basic wheel lifts and riding roll offs.
Advanced riders will take the skills to the next level and learn high speed braking and cornering, off camber turns, jumps and drops. We're going to get rad and have an awesome time!
Coaches for the clinic are Kate Nolan, a PMBIA Level 2 coach, Danielle Wolter Nolan, PMBIA Level 2 coach and yoga instructor, and Nicki Lock, an IMBA level 2 coach.
8-8:45am - optional sunrise yoga (BYO Mat)

9-9:15am - name plate design
