Come show off your beloved vintage lugged steel steed at an informal social ride along the lakefront. Feel free to join us even if you ride something newer or different. All you need is an appreciation for older road bikes and a tolerance for those who like to chat about them.
Pace will be social and varied, but mainly slow enough to chat. We'll meet at Foster and the lakefront path at 10:00, and then head south to 63rd St. and back. If you don't feel like riding that far, you can turn back at any point and just meet us afterward for a post-ride burger and beer (Moody's Pub)?

Any plans to organize another ride this summer?
Hi Derek,
Whatever floats your boat. However, I don't really see so much as a parade or Critical Mass type event, but more an informal meet up of 15-20 fellow bike nerds for a social ride. I'm guessing that lakefront crowds and varying ride speeds will stretch the group out a bit. But, like I said, everyone and anything is welcome!
