Description

A viewing party by bike of The Chicago Marathon with cheering and support for friends and participants running in this event. Route viewing points can be accessed by traveling adjacent streets by bike if you wish. Bikes only permitted "walked" on route sidewalks. The Old Town area is an excellent area to view the marathon because of the festive party atmosphere with music, and exuberant spectators in a beautiful Chicago architectural area. Old town is at the 10 mile mark, so the fast runners come through~7:45am and then the other 44,000 runners after that. So, bring your bike, and check out the fun !
