A Time Out Chicago Pick.

Resource Center invites you to join us in celebration as we transition from the summer growing season into the fall harvest. This year we will feature a live kick-up-your-heels bluegrass band, New Belgium beer, delicious local food prepared by our amazing restaurant partners (using freshly harvested City Farm produce, of course!), activities and more…all happening at City Farm.

Urban Harvest is more than a shindig on the farm, it is a celebration of our vision of sustainable urban agriculture. Our model turns fallow, vacant land into fertile urban green space. We provide a closed loop of sustainability; from soil to plate, and back to soil, produce from City Farm is grown in composted soil.

Vie, Nightwood, C-House and Gourmet Gorilla will provide food. New Belgium Beer & Wine.
