Our starting point is going to be a little bit more out in the country, to mean more gravel, more scenery and less paved roads and traffic. That also means that we're going to have to plan a little better for the after-ride festivities. How do people feel about paying for the meal ahead of time, so we have an accurate head count and can feed everyone--and get the right amount of meat / non-meat options?
