Description

Described as the ultimate combination of speed and endurance on a bicycle, some riders come out to win it, others come out to prove they can finish it. Spectators are welcome and racing begins at 6:45 with the main event starting at approximately 7:30 pm.

Riders need to able to sprint for points, recover, and hang on for the next “points” lap. Complicated, but very fun and interesting once the rules are understood. A race of pre-determined number of laps, points are awarded ever 5 laps. Points are given for the top 4 riders of the designated “point” laps. Points are distributed 5-3-2-1 respectively.
