In collaboration with IPRO at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Spontaneous Interventions exhibit at the Chicago Cultural Center, Bronzeville Bikes will explore the connections between design for the common good and emerging projects that contribute to the public life of our historic neighborhood.
This event happens in four parts: Reception and Exhibition Viewing at the Chicago Cultural Center, a ride from the Cultural Center through Bronzeville for refreshments at the Bronzeville Community Garden, ride from the Garden through Bronzeville exploring the Do-it-Yourself aesthetic including the Mizenburg Sculpture Garden and the Swift Mansion. Spend the day with us or join for just a part!
