Description

Architect Sharon Samuels leads ride visiting places of worship of historic prominence in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood, stopping to explain their significance in the history of this African-American community. Moderate-paced ride, all welcome. (suggested minimum age 12). Leaves 3:00 pm Sunday from the BikeBox, 360 E. 51st St., Chicago, (one block west of King Drive), directly across from Green Line 51st. St. station. Easy street parking.
2 1/2 - 3 hours duration with stops every 15-20 minutes.
