Round off Oktoberfest season at Chicago's German American Cultural Center with live entertainment and free admission at Stammtisch, "a friendly get together."

Alpine Thunder features a driving alpine sound; playing waltzes, polkas, marches, ballads, swing tunes, blues, and a variety of German folk songs. There will be plenty of yodeling, dancing, beer, and pretzel eating! This evening is the final night to enjoy the amazing rooftop Terrasse before winter.

Meet at 7pm at the Totem Pole on the lakefront path (Addison, east of Lake Shore Dr). From there we'll meander over on a short ride to the DANK Haus located at 4740 North Western Ave.

Yours truly will don a pair of lederhosen!

The DANK Haus Stammtisch event is from 7:30pm-11pm if you prefer to meet us there. Beer and food available for purchase!
