Friedreich’s ataxia (FA) is a debilitating, life-shortening, degenerative neuromuscular disorder with no treatment or cure. Fundraising to support FA research is strongly encouraged, but not required.

Founded by Kyle Bryant, a young man with FA, the Ride Ataxia program has raised invaluable awareness for FA and over $2 million for FA research with ride locations in Dallas, Northern California, Chicago, Portland, Philadelphia, and Orlando. Ride Ataxia is a fundraising program of FARA, a non-profit dedicated to funding research to treat and cure FA. For more information or to register, please visit: www.rideataxia.org/chicago
