If you are thinking of using the Blue Line, FYI (from Chicago Trib):
All of the changes are in effect from Friday night until 4 a.m. Monday.

The shuttle bus service on the Blue Line will be implemented between the Western Station and the Clark/Lake station in the Loop.

Blue Line trains will operate between O'Hare and Western, and between Clark/Lake and Forest Park.

it's an all-day ride. last year we started at around 10 am and it went until late at night. i left the ride early when it went right by my house, and that was at around 90 miles and 11 pm.
* i think it was 10 am... someone please correct me if i'm wrong

sorry i can't make it this year. seriously this was one of my favorite rides last year - i learned a ton about the city!

Any chance someone can map an estimated route? I'd need to pull off in the early afternoon and would like to see what my options for an exit point would be.
