Description

A slow century around the city with lots of stops for site-seeing, snacking and skinnydipping. Meet up at Wicker Park Fountain at 9:30 AM, depart at 10:00 sharp. Bring breakfast to the fountain if you wish, but we will leave promptly at 10.

After the ride I'll be printing up some light red American Apparel ringer T-shirts with the above design. Give me $10 and your size at the ride. I'll announce a happy hour a week or two later where you can pick up your shirt.

hey great ride all!
does anyone know/know how to contact a jessica who completed the ride (at least, i think that's what she said her name was)? she wore glasses and had a milk crate on the back of her bike. anyway, i believe she may have my rear light/bungee. thanks in advance! emily (c dot emilyplay at gmail dot com)

Wow-
Great Ride. Great People. Great Time. I've lived in the "greater chicagoland area" my whole life and still got to ride roads and see sights I have never seen before.

Awesome ride, thanks John! It was great meeting so many new people and seeing some sights I had never seen before, and doing my first century.

Did anyone take a headcount at the beginning and end of the ride?

John, I wanted to thank for an awesome ride. Well laid out, it took me through a number of new neighborhoods and even showed new routes in neighborhoods that I thought I knew. The historical readings were great as well.

Yes. I'm going to order the shirts early this week but if anyone still wants one who hasn't paid me yet, just send me your size. You can pay me when I have the shirts available at a Handlebar happy hour in the near future.
