Peopleforbikes.org, the nation’s largest unified bicycling movement, will be gathering signatures for its pledge in support of better bicycling in America at its booth at Bike the Drive Chicago. Participants can also get their photos taken on the Peopleforbikes.org “smiling” stage that turns the wheels of a rider’s bike into the eyes of a smiling face.

Peopleforbikes.org and Humana Inc. are working to unite one million bicycling supporters — of all riding styles and abilities — to encourage our nation’s leaders to support better bicycling conditions by signing a simple online pledge. So far, 225,000 people coast to coast have joined the movement.
