PARK TOOL School

This upcoming session will be taught by one of our own Barnett’s certified technicians and will cover numerous maintenance projects. The classes will run twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday nights, for 3 consecutive weeks beginning on May 12th.

Class Schedule: 6:30pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning May 12th.

Session 1: May 12th - Basic Mechanical Skills
Session 2: May 14th - Bearing Systems
Session 3: May 19th - Drive Train I
Session 4: May 21st - Drive Train II
Session 5: May 26th - Brakes
Session 6: May 28th - Wheels

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. If a student wishes to cancel their registration, the store will refund tuition up to 14 days before the class begins. After that time, we are unable to refund any part of the tuition.
2. We are unable to adjust or pro-rate tuition for students who are unable to attend all of the sessions. If we must cancel class for any reason, we will offer a refund, a position in a future class at our discretion, or provide a make up class.

Registration:
1. Tuition for the class (6 sessions) will be $225 for members of REI and $285 for non-members. To register, please call Elliot Bennett at 847-480-1938. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and is limited to 6 participants. Deadline for registration is May 5th.

1. Participants will receive a copy of the Park Tool Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair on the first day of class (retail value $25.00)
2. While attending Park Tool School participants will receive 10% off tools and parts that are special ordered through the bike shop.
