Description

THE monthly (2nd Fridays) north side gathering of cyclists. Winds a dozen miles-ish, ending with food+drink. Well-attended. Bring friends, tunes, bells, costumes, cameras. Meet under Young Lincoln Statue at Ridge and Thorndale. Not just for Northsiders, see it as a second big monthly mass, sometimes topping 100 riders.

North Side Critical Mass today (Friday 2013.04.12):
Mission to Binny's in Skokie for 192 proof (96% alcohol) booze, not available in Chicago.

Leaves young Lincoln statue at 5949 N Clark (Thorndale/Ridge) after 7pm. Peaceful Granville W, beautiful Sculpture Path N, residential Greenwood W. 8.5 miles one way. Drinx/Eats after maybe. Then back or elsewhere.

Rain earlier, cloudy 45F (39CI) 17SW at 7pm, 40F (32CI) 15SW at 11pm. Given wind and a park stop, gotta keep a pace to arrive before closing (9pm).
