This annual bike ride is hosted by the Illinois Valley Wheelm'n Bicycle Club, which take you on a tour of Central Illinois's rolling terrain.  NBR will be at the same starting location as last year at the Morton Park District's Freedom Hall.  Choose your distance - 20 mi, 45 mi, 65 mi (metric century) or 100 mi (imperial century).  The routes are well supported with food stops.  Each food stop will have a different menu, which will be posted on the website prior to the ride.  I can guarantee No Baloney sandwiches will be serve.

Make it a weekend trip!  Peoria is the home of Caterpillar Inc.  While you are in the Peoria area, visit the Caterpillar Visitors Center (http://www.caterpillar.com/en/company/visitors-center.html) to learn about the history of the company and the Peoria Riverfront Museum (http://www.peoriariverfrontmuseum.org/) next door, which feature rotating exhibits.  If you like wine, there are 2 local wineres in the area you can tour(Kickapoo Winery and Mackinaw Winery).  Other local attraction is the Bass Pro Shops in E.
