THE CAMP SITES ARE FULL! and the trip is booked!
If you have not paid me, then its too late!
I am looking into an off site camping area, if this opens up we will open the trip back up to additional people.
Come join us on another fantastic voyage to New Glarus for their annual Oktoberfest celebration. We will be taking a bus, camping on a nearby camp ground (approx 2.5 miles away), and riding into town on our trusty steeds.
For those who went last year, you know how much fun it was, for those who havent gone, im sure you have heard the tales.
Bus will have limited capacity of 30, so RSVP with cost of $40 to paypal early to secure your seat. Paypal account is Pitchingatent1@yahoo.com. We are considering a second vehicle to carry the bikes to allow for more room on the bus.

We have 5 camp sites reserved, which is enough for 30 people, minus 3 drivers, so 27 paying people.
We also need someone who is willing to drive the box truck, your fee will be waved.

it seems we have access to a box trailer. now we just need a few more people to fill the bus. we are looking at 30 ppl. who is in?

We are trying to iron out the last of the details.
We are thinking about renting a box trailer, but would need a truck or van to tow it. Does anyone have a vehical capable of towing? We would pay for gas, and the driver will not have to pay of camping.
As of right now, we are estimating $40 a person, we hope to have the paypal account open in a few days so everyone can start reserving their spot. Remember, its first come, first seat. So pay soon, so you have a spot!

just to be safe, i recommend someone else reserva a campiste at new glarus state woods for that weekend
