Description

Curious to find out what training rides are all about - but aren't sure if you can ride at 25 mph? Here's your chance. This ride has the look and feel of a training ride, but at a slower pace. Emphasis will be placed on smooth riding techniques and paceline etiquette.

Helmets required.

The route is about 30 miles and this is a no drop ride.

Doh! I can't make it this week, but I think I'll definitely put this on the schedule for next week. Michael, are you leading these rides?

The average speed at the end of the night will be somewhere between 16 and 18 mph. The average speed while riding will be closer to 20-22. There are a couple of sprints too but we always regroup right afterwards..

Also don't want to hold any riders in the group back from going @ a faster pace.

So what is the actual avg speed for this ride? I could do 30 miles but not @ 25 mph!
