Major Taylor Trail workday

A section of the trail between 128th St. and the river has gotten overgrown and really needs a bit of TLC.  If you'd like to help restore it to a more rideable condition, please join us on Monday morning to help trim back the brush and small trees and pile the trimmings for pick up.

I've included a map link with 2 suggested parking locations (if you're driving).  If you have gloves and tools, please bring them, otherwise some will be available for use.  Bringing drinking water is recommended, as there is no convenient source on this section of the trail.

This work will leave the trail in better condition for the Perimeter Ride and other fall rides, and make a difference next spring and summer, too.  I hope we'll see you on Monday.
